No. Experimental stuff will be available at the "Undergraduate"
projects area. Alpha version will be out on 22nd March. Beta versions of free and advanced versions will be available by May 18th 2003.

Yes, and yes in basic version.

Primarily MacOS X and Redhat Linux.
